The problems in education today are numerous. The FIX is multifaceted. One, per pupil sizes are grossly underestimated, but in reality much higher. Two, the problem with disruptions, violence and negative behavior are not being addressed by administration. Three, pay should be balanced by performance like any business, fairly and with professional management/admin. Four, the need for aides in the classroom and buses are critical. Quality aid assistance needs to be addressed, budgets should be reassessed accordingly.
